Family Pathways is a local non-profit that works to enhance the lives of residents living Chisago County and the surrounding areas. They work with communities to develop supportive, caring relationships to help people meet their basic needs. This is done by offering a safety-net of essential services. Together with volunteers, donors and the community at large, they give our neighbors the hope and stability they need.

Chisago Lake Lutheran Church partners with Family Pathways by supporting the local food shelf, organizing midwife kits, and supporting the work of The Refuge, which supports women and children affected by domestic violence. Several members of CLLC volunteer their time with these various programs as well.
