"To gather people in worship and praise of God; to proclaim the Word; to celebrate the sacraments;
to inspire others to serve as disciples of Christ’s saving grace in their lives."
Worship is central to who we are as followers of Jesus Christ. Each week we are gathered in, fed on the Word of God, encounter Christ in the sacraments, and are sent back out to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world. Worship is where we are fed and nourished, challenged and comforted, affirmed and encouraged.

Kids in Worship
We value having all God's children present in worship. Children are an important part of our community. There is a PrayGround space in the sanctuary for quiet play. If needed there is a nursery on the lower level. We encourage kids' active participation in all parts of the service. Children are welcome to receive the sacrament of Holy Communion at CLLC. We encourage families to discuss among themselves when a child will start communing.
The Sacraments
At CLLC we practice at open table, meaning that all are welcome to receive the bread and wine in Holy Communion. We believe it is God's table, not our own. Both sacraments are available to all God's people, equally. Likewise, if you or your child is interested in baptism, please contact Pastor Taryn or the church office. We would love to talk with you more!
